| 200 g - brown sugar | Make caramel : Bring to a boil. Stir. Boil for 2 minutes, until brown, thick, and bubbly. Turn off heat. | Spread : Spread into 9 inch * 13 inch casserole dish | Cover : cover with bread | Cover : cover with berries | Cover : cover with bread | Pour : pour custard evenly. Cover with plastic wrap and press down slightly so the bread absorbs the custard | ❄ : chill in fridge for overnight | 🔥Bake : at 350°F / 180°C for 45 |
