1.33 c - flour🔀MixMix with well : Make a well in the dry ingredients. Add the wet ingredients to this well. Mix. Mix.❄ : chill in fridge for 20mRoll out : roll dough out thinly and cut into circles to fit around cannoli tubes with some overlap. Wrap around greased tubes, using beaten egg whites to seal.🔥Bake : at 350°F / 180°C for 15❄ : chill in counter for 20mfill : use a piping bag to fill the cannoli

1 t - cinnamon
2 b - butter
1 u - egg🔀Mix
2 b - dry white wine
3 c - ricotta cheesestrain : strain under refrigeration for 24hsift : push through a seive for smoothnesssweeten : add sugar until desired sweetness
